Do I need to send documents before I can ask questions?
No. You can contact Truck Dispatch Hub before sending carrier documents. If you decide to move toward onboarding, common setup documents can include your MC and USDOT information, W-9, insurance certificate, equipment details and factoring information if applicable.

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, heavy haul and power-only dispatch are published at 5% or $250 per week. Box truck and sprinter van dispatch and hotshot dispatch are published at 7% or $350 per week. Visit the pricing page for details.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We review the information you provide, discuss your equipment and operating goals, explain the relevant pricing and service scope, and answer questions about onboarding. You can then review the written terms and decide whether the service fits your operation.
